Eye & Retina Hospital has been providing quality eye care since 2006. It has been a pioneer in Vitreo Retinal diseases since inception and over the period has been providing excellent comprehensive services in the specialties of Cataract, Cornea, Uveitis, Squint and Glaucoma. Diagnostics including Optical coherence Tomography (OCT), OCT Angiography, Fluorescein and ICG Angiography, Corneal topography, Specular microscopy, Ultrasonography etc are available. Surgeries are carried out by Microincision sutureless vitrectomy (MIVS) in state of the art operation theatres with the latest technology available.

Various procedures available are Phaco surgery with foldable lenses (Toric /Multifocals), collagen cross linking, intacs and laser treatment for keratoconus, Corneal transplantation, pterygium surgery, Dry eye and allergy treatments, Femto lasik for removing glasses, stem cell transplantation, retinopathy screening and management, Laser treatment, intravitreal injections such as Lucentis, Accentrix, Avastin, Ozurdex and Eyelea for Age related Macular degeneration and Vein Occlusions, Surgery for Retinal Detachment, Vitreous hemorrhage, Floaters, Uveitis, Endophthalmitis, Genetic counselling for Retinitis pigmentosa, Emergency treatment for trauma is available including all varieties of ocular wound repair and also management of any intraocular foreign body.

Dr Muhammad Sohail Shehzad

Dr Muhammad Sohail Shehzad is graduate of KEMC. He Is certified Member and Fellow of CPSP and Fellow American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is highly trained in the medical and surgical management of Retinal detachment, Anterior segment disorders like cataract, Glaucoma, Diabetic retinopathy, Degenerative retinal diseases, Macular hole and other eye diseases.

Dr Muhammad Akhtar Shaheen

Dr Muhammad Akhtar Shaheen is highly trained and comprehensive eye surgeon. He deals with all branches of Ophthalmology including Retina, Cataract, Cornea, Glaucoma, Oculoplastic, orbit and diagnostic ophthalmology. He deals with all types of Eye diseases and their medial or surgical treatment. He has done multiple cataract, retinal and other eye surgeries.
